英格瑪特/力士樂驅(qū)動器各故障維修：
E256 Torque Limit = 0扭矩限制=0
驅(qū)動器出現(xiàn)E256扭矩故障有哪些補救措施：
Cause:原因：
1. For protection against mechanical overload, the maximum torque can be limited by the "S-0-0092, Bipolar Torque Limit" parameter.
為了防止機械過載，最大扭矩可通過“S-0-0092，雙極扭矩限制”參數(shù)進行限制。
If the actual value of this parameter is equal to 0, the motor does not develop torque and does not follow the command value which has been entered.
如果該參數(shù)的實際值等于0，則電機不會產(chǎn)生扭矩，也不會遵循已輸入的命令值。
2. Torque reduction is set through an analog channel and the
established current amounts to 10 V.
扭矩減小是通過模擬通道設(shè)置的建立的電流達到10V。
Remedy:補救措施：
1. Set the torque limit to a value larger than 0.
將扭矩限制設(shè)置為大于0的值。
2. Establish the analog voltage so that it is smaller than 10 V.
建立模擬電壓，使其小于10 V。
維修流程：
第1步：根據(jù)客戶的故障描述，評估該伺服器的可修復性。
第2步：客戶寄/送到我司，登記入庫，等待檢測。
第3步：工程師檢測故障點，出具檢測報告書，確定維修價格及維修周期。
第4步：維修報價，等待客戶確認。同意則進行維修，不同意則原機返回。
第5步：維修ok, 帶電機測試老化。
第6步：試機成功登記出庫。
第7步：客戶付款。
第8步：交付客戶使用。
第9步：貼心的跟蹤服務(wù)。
